Los Angeles, Calif., Dec. 20 – Will H. Hays, president of the moving pictures producers' association announced that Roscoe 'Fatty' Arbuckle, who was tried three times and acquitted on the last trial of the charge of murder of Virginia Rappe, would be given a chance to return to the movies. His films were barred after the acquittal. Indianapolis, Ind., Dec. 20 – Mayor Lew Shanks of Indianapolis declared today that he would ban Arbuckle's films from the city despite the announcement of Will H. Rays.
