Summary
The enterprising Coronet management has secured a British photoplay and this popular little theatre will be filled tonight, for the picture is no other than 'The Better ‘Ole,' adapted from the play which had such a successful run at the Oxford Theatre in London and which in turn had its inspiration in the inimitable cartoonery [sic] of Bruce Bairnsfather. Film synopsis included. It is a worthy forerunner, adapted from the play by George Pearson and T. A. Welsh, the play being by Bairnsfather himself and Arthur Eliot. Charles Rock is the main star and produced by the Imperial Pictures, London.
