According to a report in 'Truth,' a proprietor of theatres and picture palace in India and Ceylon endorses the criticism which came from the Far East with regard to the management of the British official war films. The concession for the films was given to Mr. Maurice E. Bandmann and there have been general complaints on the important war propaganda were not able to spread out through the advantage of war film.
