The hearing was continued yesterday, at the Summary Court, before Mr. Justice Gompertz, of the claim by W. Lochrane, comedian, against L. M. Levy, theatrical manager, for $890.19, being for services rendered at Shanghai, money lent, and passage money to Australia. There was a cross-claim for $509.51, money advanced and money received from a benefit at Shanghai. Witnesses for Levy were called, including Miss Ruby Chrystal, a performer at the Salon-Cinema Theatre, Wyndham Street.
