An application involving interesting issues came before the Judge in the Supreme Court. The original case was that in which Ho Chiu Lam, alias Ho Yiu Tung, was the plaintiff and Ho San Lam, alias Ho Ngok Lau, the defendant. The plaintiff's claim was as partner in the Po Cheong firm of Canton and of the Wah Kee firm of Hongkong, as against the defendant, for an injunction to strain the defendant from converting the Tsung Hing Theatre into dwelling houses or in any way interfering with the structure thereof, and to restrain him from interfering in any way with the partnership assets.
