Summary
We were wrong, we misjudged you; but it is not too late to put the matter right! When we first saw Baby Peggy in 'The Darling of New York,' we were dubious as to its chances of success in Hongkong. We thought that the public at large here were too sophisticated to enjoy a picture of this type, so we advertised it for three days only--just long enough for our regular patrons to be able to see it. But, each of the past three days has had the same story to tell. Crowded houses of delighted picture-goers; nothing but praise for the little lady's first by picture. We are, therefore, arranging to screen it for two more days, today and tomorrow.
