Summary
Everybody knows 'Carmen,' the immortal story of Prosper Merimee's novel and Bizet's opera. Therefore, it is hardly necessary to assure Hongkong cinema patrons that in 'Gypsy Blood,' the film version now showing at the Coronet Theatre. Pola Negri never had a greater role. Indeed the whole picture is a triumph for her. The Coronet Orchestra provides the opera 'Carmen' itself.
