Summary

There is a splendid picture programme tonight at the Coronet, presented by Mr. Ray. There is firstly a most interesting British Gazette with the Lord Mayor's Show, the visit of the Shah of Persia to England and the Celebrations of the first anniversary of the Armistice; and, to pass by for a moment the big picture, the audience is sent away with aching sides from the first of the Snub Comedies in which Harry Pollard, assisted by the inimitable little Pickaninny who delighted everyone in the Baby Marie Osborne pictures, shows that he is infinitely funnier than Harold Llody [sic]. The piece de resistance of the evening is that latest offering of the Select Pictures Corporation, 'The Code of the Yukon,' a six part story of Alaska featuring Mitchell Lewis, the hero of 'The Barrier.' Film synopsis included.
