Paris, August 20 – The Russian Minister of the Interior has finally consented to allow picture theatres to exhibit films depicting members of the Imperial Family, under restrictions suitable to their dignity. Such films are not to be shown to the accompaniment of music. They are to be marked in the programme as special items, and, furthermore, to emphasise their superior character, the curtains to be lowered before and after the film is displayed.
