Summary

At the Helena May Institute last evening, the Netherlands community of Hongkong entertained company of distinguished guests which included H. E. the Governor and the Colonial Secretary with a screening of the film 'Holland.' After pictorial presentations of the comparative sizes of the Dutch colonies and the country itself, a trip was made through the various provinces via the medium of the cinema camera which showed the life and customs of the different areas which constitute the Kingdom of the Netherlands. It demonstrated beyond any doubt that Holland is coming rapidly to the front rank of European nations both as a producer and a colonizer.
