Summary
The exploit of Amundsen, Peary and other intrepid explorers in the Polar Regions are known to almost all, and now, thank Mr. Robert J. Flattery [sic], it is possible to see the hardships these men of adventure had to endure. It has remained for one man, Mr. Flattery [sic], to bring back to civilisation an actual picture of life and love in the arctic regions, and he has done so in the vivid photoplay of the frigid zone, 'Nanook of the North,' which has been secured by Pathe for world distribution, and which will be shown soon at the Coronet. He was a leader of five Sir William Mackenzie expeditions into North Hudson Bay regions. The film was shown to Captian Amundsen, the discoverer of the South Pole.
