The Kowloon Cinema, of which we informed the public some six weeks ago, is shortly to be an accomplished fact, and we have it from the promoters that the opening night may be expected about next Thursday. It is to be an open air cinema within an enclosure on that vacant plot of ground near the Kowloon Post Office. Wigwam Tennis Club is mentioned as its forerunner. The enclosure is 130 feet by 80 feet and there will be seating accommodation for 1,000 persons.
