Under Two Flags' is one of the great love stories. It came as a novel from the pen of Ouida (Louise de La Ranee), and its growth in popularity was heightened by its presentation on the stage by many renowned artists, including Blanche Bates. Now, it has been made into a picture by the Universal Film Co., and will be seen at the World Theatre on the 11 inst.
