The Law Forbids,' by Universal, based on Bernard McConville's story, is showing today at the Queen's Theatre. The cast includes Baby Peggy, whose first picture 'The Darling of New York,' was so widely acclaimed. Her parents in this picture are Elinor Fair, remembered for her work in 'Driven,' opposite Otis Skinner in 'Kismet,' and also 'The Miracle Man'; and Robert Ellis, who played opposite to Gladys Walton in 'The Wild Party.' Hayden Stevenson of 'Leather Pushers' fame; Winifred Bryson the siren of 'Thundering Dawn' and 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame'; William Welsh, well-known in many Universal Westerns; William E. Lawrence, James Corrigan, Robert Bolder, Eva Thatcher and Joseph Dowling were also starred. Film plot included.
