Summary
The case of L. M. Levy v Adson and Thorne was heard in the Supreme Court, Shanghai. Plaintiff made application for an injunction restraining the defendants from performing as sketch artistes in any place of amusement, public or private, in Shanghai or Hongkong or elsewhere in the Orient until the 19th October, 1909. Plaintiff said he was the proprietor of the Orpheum Theatre, Manila and of the Moutrie Hall, Shanghai.
