The big Europe Film Trust, organized some time ago by the Stinnes interests, which now controls theatres and film corporations throughout Europe, is making plans to get hold of the Scandinavian film industry and is ready to spend 200,000 pounds for this purpose. The trust hopes to buy several big Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian moving picture theatres, as well as one or two of the producing companies. The new central office is expected to be in Copenhagen.
