Summary
Before Mr. E. W. Hamilton, at the Magistracy this morning, the proprietor of Ko Shing Theatre was summoned at the Magistracy by Lance-Sergeant Hallam for breach of his Theatre license in that he allowed people to go on the stage and obstruct the gangways. The defendant pleaded that scenery was used for the performance on the night in question and blamed Government servant for the obstruction caused. The case was adjourned for a week for further investigation.
