Summary
At the Theatre Royal tonight the Hongkong public will have an opportunity of seeing and hearing the Kinetoscope, which is a cinematograph of the most improved type, and which reproduces the speech as well as the gestures of the actors. A most elaborate selection of films has been brought and changes of programme will be effected during the three days advertised for performances. Twelve films will be shown each night, including two acts of 'Said Pasha' in which 30 persons appear and talk. Booking is at Moutrie's and the reasonable prices should ensure full houses.
