Alleged to have been duped by a film photographer, Mr. T. A. J. Noorbhai, the proprietor of the Eastern Film Co., which runs the Olympia Theatre, told an interesting story to Mr. N. J. Luddington, the Colombo Police Magistrate, on Feb 17th when he preferred a charge of breach of trust in respect of a sum of Rs. 3,000 and a camera for taking films and an ordinary camera, both of the value of Rs. 2,000, against Mr. Duke Zeller. Mr. Noorbhai said that he not only exhibited moving pictures, but he also had films taken for the purpose of selling them. The Magistrate issued an open warrant against the accused.
