Summary

The American Consul General at Hongkong has received instructions from the government in Washington materially modifying some of the more stringent rules covering the import of commodities into the U. S. It is provided that the special regulations covering the shipment of moving picture films have been revoked and all such films both exposed and developed and unexposed may be allowed import and export except that for exportations from the U. S. to Norway, Sweden, European Holland, Switzerland, and Mexico films will yet be controlled.
