Summary
There was a big house at the Victoria on Saturday night when the closing scenes of the popular 'Black Box' film were screened. A special feature of the programme was a new Wiffles picture, representing that hero in as amusing a light as ever. The new Pathe Gazette and war pictures were quite up to their usual form, and there were one or two interesting comics. Tonight, there will be another all comedy programme, and the band of the 18th Infantry, by permission of Major Morgan and officers, will attend. Tomorrow night the What-not begin their season at the Victoria. The programme will include performances by the Great Renville Roberts, master magician and illusionist, Miss Irene Beryl, Charlie, Sylvano Lopes, and the Wesley.
