Summary

Yesterday, Coronet Theatre screened 'Way Down East' where it managed to get full houses in all the three performances. The longish sort of film is directed by D. W. Griffith and is being shown daily at 2:30, 5:30 and 9 o'clock. The film has a simple melodramatic plot but is being garnished by extremely creative imagination and artwork of Mr. Griffith. The film features Lilian Gish and its ice break scene at the close of the movie. Film synopsis included.
