Spectacular scenes, love themes, psychology and an old atmosphere of days gone by – these elements are all in 'A Lady of Quality,' the Universal Jewel production starring Virginia Valli and directed by Hobart Henley, which comes to the World Theatre on Wednesday. This Henley production is a special feature on an even more ambitious scale than 'The Flirt' or 'The Flame of Life,' two former successes by the same director. The period of 'A Lady of Quality' is 1704. The settings, executed under the supervision of Elmer Sheely, art director at the Universal City, are interesting because of the interest attached to architecture, customs and manners of that period in history. Milton Stills [sic] and other popular players of standard ability support Miss Valli in other important roles in the piece.
