Summary
Seated among the large crowd at the Star Theatre last night, which was kept in a perfect bubble of merriment at the antics of Baby Peggy, the conclusion has come to that the choice of the title of the picture, 'The Family Secret,' was a rather queer one. Mrs. Frances Hodgson Burnett's novel, on which the picture is based, was called 'Editha's Burglar,' while when it was adapted for the stage, the name was contracted to 'The Burglar.' When Marie Osborne and Zoe Hay were featured in every picture of this kind a few years ago, it seemed unnatural that another would arise to take their places. But Baby Peggy does that.
