The new management of the Bijou Theatre is to be congratulated on the many changes it has made since it took over the building. The interior has been redecorated and redecorated, and by the introduction of many more fans, comfort and coolness are assured to its numerous patrons. On Saturday evening, a large and enthusiastic audience thoroughly enjoyed the first programme under the new regime. The Oriente String Band was in attendance. The pictures, many of which are coloured, are very clear and of an interesting nature. The comic element is well sustained.
