Summary
The physician said Enrico Caruso agreed to pose for motion pictures and a scenario was prepared and several thousand feet of film made. Mr. Willets declared that Caruso appeared in but four hundred and fifty feet of film and never authorized the public exhibition. A judgment was rendered in favour of the physician.
