Summary
A First National Picture, entitled 'Ashes of Vengeance,' starring Norma Talmadge was screened on a train named Flying Scotsman which was moving at a speed of 80 miles an hour and left King's Cross at 10 o'clock. The carriage accommodated about 30 people who were facilitated with all sorts of luxuries of a normal theatre except the screen size. The operators worked from an adjoining carriage. An official of the London and North-Eastern Railway Co. mentioned that they have no future plans regarding screening of films on trains so far. However, if the public like such screening then arrangements can be made.
