Summary
The Liverpool special committee, which was appointed last October to consider the proposed new rules for premises licensed for cinematograph exhibitions, states in its report that there are complaints from time to time. The committee believed that this form of censorship did not go far enough, and proposed that evening performances should not be shown to children under 14 when unaccompanied by parents or guardians.
