Summary

Phenomenal is the only word that can be found to describe the success in Hongkong of 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame,' the great film version of Victor Hugo's famous novel. Lon Chaney's study of the Hunchback Quasimodo is one of the triumphs of the movies. 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame' required only the excellent music of the Coronet Theatre Orchestra to make it a unique entertainment.
