Summary
Although familiar, constant use has not denuded the theme of a poor wife, a rich husband and an irate father-in-law, of popularity. This will be found to be particularly true if the staging of the story is interspersed with artistic touches and the finer points of humanity are brought out in relief by clever direction. In 'Kindred of the Dust' which commences a short run at the Coronet today, R. A. Walsh has dealt with an always present aspect of life in such a manner that it cannot but appeal to cinema-goers.
