Summary
A laughing screen success came to town last evening when the newest of Douglas MacLean productions, 'The Yankee Consul,' was presented at the Coronet. MacLean hops steps and jumps from one amusing scene to another with the personality and pantomimic ability. The cast as a whole is entirely adequate. It includes Patsy Ruth Miller, Arthur Stuart Hall, Stanhope Wheatcroft, Eulalie Jensen, George Periolat, Fred Kelsey, L. C. Shumway, Eric Mayne, Gerald Pring and Bert Hadley.
