Summary

The Little Church Around the Corner' is not the best of titles for a moving picture, least of all for a moving picture showing at the Coronet Theatre, for it fails to suggest that broad interest and variety of incident which is here presented in full measure. One may not wholly share the claim of the producers that 'The Little Church Around the Corner' is the greatest romantic melodrama ever filmed, but one must concede that its dramatic appeal is strong. The chief honours are shared by Claire Windsor and Kenneth Harlan. The fact that the picture comes from the Warner Brothers studio is a guarantee that the staging and filming are all that could be desired.
