In the Summary Court this morning, Mr. Justice J. R. Wood harden action brought by Mr. H. H. [sic] Ray, the proprietor of the Coronet Theatre, against Bon Ton, tailors, for the recovery of $100, being damaged done to the basement of the theatre by the employees of the defendants. Mr. Ray said that in February last, he negotiated with Yee Sang Fat for the lease of the basement and he accepted the lease from 1st March. He found the employees of Bon Ton in the basement on 1st March and had difficulty in getting in.
