Summary

The question of the unrestricted distribution of films all over the world, and particularly in the Far East, has recently been agitating one or two correspondents to the 'Daily Mail.' Mr. Ferdinand Tuohy, the well-known writer, set the ball a-rolling by declaring the absolute necessity for severe restrictions and censorship of all films shown east of Suez, and in the main his contention has received cordial support.
