Mr. Allen Watt is making a tour of the world on behalf of Universal Film Company of New York to get cinematograph pictures. This company is the first to send photographers to China from America for Graphic purposes. Mr. Watt was now considering to start a branch manufactory in or near Hong Kong. From here he proceeds to Singapore and India, and Europe.
