Summary

Betty Balfour as 'Squibs M.P.,' after a week of glorious fun which will not soon be forgotten, gives place to a story that is full of the action that is dear to all classes of cinema-goers. Geo. R. Sims is responsible for the story. Sims created the remarkable record of writing a column of light 'stuff,' for his paper 'The Referee' for at least 30 years. Sims turned out plays of the dramatic and melodramatic. All this should urge a wholehearted trek to the Coronet in the sure and certain hope that there will not be a dull moment during the screening of 'The Harbour Lights.'
