Summary
Cinematograph shows appear to be growing in popular regard in the Colony. The King's Electric Theatre which has been recently opened at Yaumati by the same syndicate that owns Bijou Scenic Theatre, with Mr. J. Lafferty as lessee and manager, is attracting large crowds of Chinese nightly. Another cinematograph show is to be started soon on the Hong Kong side, an there is a talk of one being established also in Kowloon.
