Summary

The movement initiated by the enterprising proprietors of the Victoria Theatre for a monster benefit in aid of the sufferers by the Titanic disaster has met with a hearty response, and on Friday it is expected that the compact little theatre will be filled to overflowing. The entertainment, which will last about three hours, will comprise many beautiful films. Two artistes have been cabled for from Shanghai specially for the performance. The bands of the K.O.Y.L.I., Professor Gonzales and Mr. Madaryda are rendering good music.
