Mr. H. W. Ray informs us that he has engaged the world-renowned combination, known as Leeds and Le Mar, for the popular Star Theatre in Kowloon, commencing this evening. Leeds and Le Mar were popular stars turn on the London vaudeville stage twenty years ago. Some years ago, Leeds and Le Mar were to have performed in Hongkong, but owing to circumstances over which they had no control, the great singer curtailed her tour in the Orient and Hongkong was left out. They have played behind the vaudeville footlights with Gaby Deslys. Both have been filmed with Max Linder.
