Summary

Mr. Walter Morris and Mrs. Morris are considering establishing a chain of cinema theatres in the coastal cities of China. Mr. Morris has already instituted Cinematograph Film Exchange offices at 94 Queen's Road Central, and associated with Mr. Tam Yik Kiu, to supply theatres with the latest pictures from the United States and Europe. He had practically closed the deal for building a permanent theatre to give in it from 5 to 10 shows a day in Hong Kong. He leaves tomorrow to make further arrangements at Swatow Amoy, Foochow, and Northern China, and will be back in a month.
