Summary

Commencing today, picture-goers will see at the Queen's Theatre, Mary Philbin's new Universal-Jewel starring vehicle, and her first big role since 'Merry-Go-Round.' The story, 'Fools' Highway,' adapted from Owen Kildare's life-story of the Bowery, 'My Mamie Rose,' is one of the year's spectacular productions by Universal. The film was directed by Irving Cummings. A notable cast appears with Miss Philbin. Pat O'Malley, Charles Murray, Lincoln Plumer, Edwin J. Brady, William Collier, Jr., Kate Price, Steve Murphy and Tom O'Brien play the other picturesque characters. The Manila Vaudeville Co. are extending their engagement here for a further two weeks.
