Summary

Hongkong Amusements Limited will take over the Queen's Theatre from 1st August next. Mr. H. W. Ray plans to procure latest releases from Paramount, United Artists, First National and Metro-Goldwyn with such big specials as 'Captain Blood' from Vitagraph, 'The Phantom of the Opera' from Universal and the Harold Lloyd pictures from Pathe. Mr. Ray mentions that measures will be taken to improve the acoustic properties of the theatre. He also assures that viewers will not have to pay exorbitant prices to avail of these facilities.
