Summary
The traffic department of the S. M. C. is producing a 'safety first' film with the cooperation of the B.A.T. Co., which it is intended to exhibit in all territories where B.A.T. films are now shown. The film pictures a Chinese student at his home in the country being given some good advice by his father. He is knocked down by a wheelbarrow in the congested traffic of North Chekiang Road. He is last seen dreaming of home in a hospital.
