A new motion picture concern under the name of the Oriental Film Company has opened offices at 18, Peking Road, Shanghai. It is believed that it is the intention to promote motion picture enterprises throughout the Far East. The company is to be managed by Mr. David L. Shoolman of Boston, Mass.
