Summary

Unusual skill and daring have made 'The Whispering Chorus,' the current attraction at the Coronet Theatre, one of the most powerful and arresting film dramas ever screened. Film synopsis included. This evening, H. E. the Governor and party will visit the Coronet Theatre expressly to see this film. In addition to the usual British Gazette and colour studies of dancing, a film of great local interest is shown under the title 'Hongkong.' Familiar street scenes, West Point sing song girls, Kowloon police, Flower Street market, and local types, presented with amusing comment, serve to show the local resident long since inured to the novelty of the Colony the impressions carried away by a stranger.
