Summary
Hongkong is not the only port in the Far East that is in need of a new theatre. Our City Hall building has been the object of many a sarcastic reference and it really is time something was done in the matter. The Lyceum Theatre in Shanghai is a much more suitable building than our own, but Shanghai is not satisfied, says the North China Daily News.
