Summary

The showing yesterday at the World Theatre indicated that 'The Gold Diggers,' the adaptation of David Belasco play of the same name, and a Broadway success for above two years, is one of those pictures which makes its coming an event to remember. One of the splendid scenes in the picture is a Spanish dance given by Jerry Lamar; in it, she is dressed in a wonderful Spanish costume. The very able cast includes Hope Hampton, Windham [sic] Standing, Louise Fazenda, Gertrude Short, and others.
