The new series of 'Exploits of Elaine,' starring Pearl White, commenced last night at the Victoria Theatre. Comedies are screened at intervals.

The new 'Exploits of Elaine' attracted crowded houses during the weekend. The programme included some good comic pictures.

The pictures at the 'Palisade' were excellent and very clear together with the al fresco conditions. The 'Gazette' showing several of the last movements of Lord Kitchener was particularly acceptable.

Tonight's change of programme at the Palisade, Kowloon, includes a wonderful film entitled 'The Port of Missing Men,' which is similar to 'A Prisoner of Zenda'; comic and gazette also will be included.

The interpretation of 'Barnaby Rudge' is shown at the Victoria, together with this week's issue of Pathe's British Gazette. On Friday, the 19th and 20th episodes of 'Exploits of Elaine' and a Charlie Chaplin film will be shown.

Charlie Chaplin eloping, 'Stone Age Adventure,' a cartoon film, two episodes of 'Exploits of Elaine' and Pathe's British Gazette including pictures of the Allied Army in the Near East were shown.

The last two episodes of the 'Exploits of Elaine,' a comic film featuring Charlie Chaplin as the referee in a boxing match in which 'Fatty' is one of the contestants and a film about a dirigible airship will be screened.
