The Bijou Theatre announces the production of the drama 'Denise' from the writer Alexandre Dumas, preceded by a comedy 'Louaette is not Jealous.'

The Three Delroys will be performed at the Bijou Theatre. There will also be screened a fine set of pictures.

The Bijou Theatre has secured the rights of reproduction in Hong Kong and the first of the series of 'The Extraordinary Adventures of Saturnin Farandoul,' the celebrated Italian novel by A. Robida, will be exhibited.

Bijou Theatre patrons will be afforded the opportunity of seeing Charlie Chaplin. The drama 'Rip' will be shown.

The programme at the Bijou was excellent, including 'Hands of Mystery,' 'The Atonement' and 'Wiffles and the Sunshade.'

In the Midst of the Jungle' was the attraction at the Bijou Theatre. Another good film 'Henry VIII & Anne Boylen' completed the programme.

Bijou Theatre is providing a good bill of fare for its patrons this week, including a war drama entitled 'The Victory of the Tower' and a capital Italian film, 'The Law of Compensation.' In the comedy line 'Blindfolded' elicits many a hearty laugh.

Arrangements have been made with the Humphrey Bishop Co. to give an entertainment in the theatre of the Peak Club. The cinematograph entertainment advertised for the 2nd June has been postponed till the 9th idem.

Members of the Peak Club are reminded that the cinematograph performance at the Peak Club, in aid of War Charities, which was postponed from Friday the 2nd inst, will now take place on Friday the 9th inst. Tickets may obtain from Peak Club or at the Hongkong Club.

In the Bonds of Pasion,' and 'A Knavish Trick' (Comedy) has been screened in the Bijou Theatre. 'Paradise Lost' will also be screened soon.

The second cinematograph performance in aid of War Charities will take place in the Peak Club Theatre.

At the Bijou Theatre, Miss Violet Bonnetta attracted large audiences.

The introduction of Miss Violet Bonetta resulted in a severe tax upon the seating accommodation of the Bijou Theatre. The supporting picture programme including 'The Secret of the Bureau' is a good one.

The third cinematograph performance of the Peak Club will take place on the Lower Tennis Court. A portion of the proceeds will be given to War Charities.

A detective play, 'The Woman with the Red Hair' will be shown at Bijou.

Screening of 'The Agency Griffard' and 'The Fourth Lady.' 'The Daughter of the Lighthouse' will be screened.

Another cinematograph entertainment is to be given at the Peak Club. A lecture delivered by Mr. Frederick Coleman, F.R.G.S. and portion of the proceeds will be devoted to War Charities.

Mr Frederic Coleman is an American journalist, traveller and soldier. He will deliver lectures at the Victoria Theatre on Wednesday and Thursday, and at the Peak Club.

Mr. E. R. Bush arrived in the Colony yesterday and arranged a film to be screened at the Bijou theatre which is about the adventure of a boy who is engaged in a search for an island treasure and became an officer aboard a U. S. ship.
