Manchester, Nov. 16 – Sir Robert Peacock, the Chief Constable of Manchester, along with the City Watch Committee has objected to the film 'Foolish Wives.' They argue that the film violates the clause 4 of the terms and conditions on which cinematograph licenses are granted.
